M7 VIA

65% 68-key Aluminum Barebone Kit

This 65% 68-key keyboard barebone provides a balance between functionality, and portability, making it highly portable and space-efficient. It takes up less desk space, making it ideal for users who value a clutter-free workspace or need a compact keyboard for on-the-go usage.

Plate-mounted & Screw-in Stabilizers

M7 barebone kit is equipped with plate-mounted stabilizers, which effectively minimizes keycap wobbling. In addition, it also comes with extra PCB Mount/Screw-in stabilizers to cater to the diverse preferences of users.

South-facing PCB

The south-facing PCB of the M7 avoids causing interference with Cherry profile keycaps, offering more compatibility and flexibility.

Customizable RGB

M7 offers approximately 20 preset backlight modes, which allow users to adjust the brightness and flowing speed levels. Moreover, it supports a wide range of RGB effects, with over 16.8 million colors available. Users can also install an upcoming JSON file to access even more lighting effects and configurations.

New Silver Accent

While M7 silver comes with golden accent, MonsGeek has picked the new silver accent on other models. MonsGeek will start to offer standalone accents for sale to better personalize each unit based on user preference.

N-Key Rollover

The N-Key Rollover technology allows all keys to work simultaneously and ensures every keystroke is recorded and prevents ghosting.

Polycarbonate Plate

M7 VIA keyboard kit utilizes a transparent PC plate to offer flexibility surpassing that of metal, while also reducing low-frequency resonance.

PORON Plate Foam

M7 barebone is equipped with PORON plate foam, effectively reducing the noise generated by key switches, ensuring a purer and more comfortable tactile sound experience for the keyboard.

VIA

MonsGeek M7 supports VIA for cross-platform (Linux/Mac/Windows) advanced keyboard configuration.

QMK is scheduled to undergo certification in June. For users who would like to implement it before the official pull request, the source code will be available for download in the near future.

This feature is exclusively for international version of M7.

Need More Foam?

Monsgeek has developed its own budget custom material that performs equally as well as poron. Meanwhile, MonsGeek M7 comes with an additional sponage case foam to reduce case ping.

*Disclaimer: Using thicker foam may reduce flex, whether to include it or not is down to your personal preference.d
